Information we receive
When you email us, we receive your email address, the contact details you choose to provide, your message and any attachments. An enquiry may include a site address, your interest in the land, a planning reference and information about a proposed development. Please share only what is necessary for us to understand your enquiry.
The Site Appraisal, Appeal Appraisal and Contact pages use email links. They do not submit or store your enquiry on the website. Your email service handles your message when you send it. Website hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the site.

We use enquiry information to understand your request, correspond with you, assess whether we can assist and discuss scope and fees. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we rely on those pre-contractual steps. For other enquiries, including enquiries on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to requests and managing our professional business.
We rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website when technical information is processed for that purpose. We may retain relevant correspondence to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. A separate professional appointment governs any commissioned work; this website notice does not replace project-specific information provided during an appointment.

We keep enquiry information for as long as it is needed to respond, handle follow-up and maintain an appropriate record of the discussions.
