Website and enquiry behaviour
Our website code does not use cookies or browser storage to track your visit. Cloudflare protects the hosting infrastructure and can set the essential __cf_bm cookie to distinguish visitors from automated traffic. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and is not an advertising cookie. Blocking it may affect access to the website.
The hosting platform also sets __Host-appgarden-visitor, a visitor identifier observed with a 90-day expiry. Cloudflare can set cf_clearance to remember a security check, observed with an expiry of up to one year. These cookies are set by the hosting and security services rather than by our enquiry pages. Their expiry can be refreshed by subsequent visits. You can inspect and delete them through your browser settings.
The Site Appraisal, Appeal Appraisal and Contact pages open your email app when you choose an email link. They do not save an enquiry in browser storage or send it automatically. Your email provider has its own privacy and cookie arrangements.
